The list of functions here are:

Display:

Display an image files in D4 or mdisplay

Load:

Load an image from disk (.img or .rle)

Save:

Save an image to disk with the option of compressing it with the Run Length Encoding algorithm

CreateImage:

Create an arbitrarily-sized image containing all zeros.
