``Level Slicing'' -- pull out a range of gray values

purpose:
This assigns all voxels with a gray value greater than or equal to ``Low gray value'' and less than or equal to ``High gray value'' to white and sets all other voxels to black.
input:
An 8-bit volume.
output:
A volume with only two possible gray values.
parameters:
Default parameters menu is
Low gray value = 96
* High gray value = 160
* Gray value for white = 1
* input from vol # = 0
* copy output to vol # = 0
*
