``Range Labelling'' -- Set a range of gray values to one value

purpose:

This function lets one set voxels having gray levels greater than or equal to "Low gray value" and less than or equal to "High gray value" to ``New gray value''.

input:

An 8-bit volume.

output:

The same volume with some relabelled values.

parameters:

Default parameters menu is

Low gray value = 96
* High gray value = 160
* New gray value = 128
* input from vol # = 0
* copy output to vol # = 0

1. The range set by low and high is inclusive.
